Private means no tracking at all.
A privacy app that watches what you do isn't private. Vault This has no account, no ads and no analytics, and this website has none either.
- No account, email or sign-up
- No ads and no analytics, in the app or here
- Crash reports off unless you say yes
- Never your files, names or anything you typed
What the app sends
Nothing, unless you turn something on. Backups and shares you choose are encrypted on your phone first. Crash reports are off until you say yes, and even then hold only the app version, phone model and where the code failed.
What this website sends
Nothing about you. No cookies, no analytics, no ad scripts, no tracking codes on links, and fonts served from here, not from another company.
Where Vault This is different
Many apps, privacy apps included, turn analytics on by default, and some websites load ad and analytics scripts. Vault This and vaultthis.app do neither.
Questions
How do you know if the app works well without analytics?
People who opt in send crash reports, and everyone else can email us. That's enough to fix problems without watching anyone.
Take back your privacy.
Free to download. No account. Your files never leave your phone unless you choose.
